Develop and deliver seasonal camp programmes to achieve the specified target and enjoyable experience to participants;
Supervise and work with different stakeholders to ensure the delivery of camp programmes to satisfy both internal/external quality assurance/professional standards;
Responsible for section admin work such as budget planning, statistics report, and income & expenditure analysis, etc;
Plan, coordinate and execute non-seasonal special events, school training programmes, and family events etc.in order to facilitate the sustainable development for the section;
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Sports Education preferred or any related discipline;
Working experience in camp will be an advantage;
Preferable with 1 year or up relevant working experience in administrative with good customer-oriented mindse;t
Relevant certificates in leisure/arts & craft activities, First-aid, and CPRAED certificate is an asset;
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing;
Strong organizational and time management skills with strong sense of responsibility and efficiency;
Self-motivated, details-oriented, independent and ability to work under pressure with pleasant personality;
Excellent command of spoken/written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
