Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer - Corporate Visual & Multimedia


Job Purpose:

Lead and produce high-quality corporate visual and multimedia content to strengthen YMCAHK's brand identity and support its mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain corporate visual identity across all platforms and service units.

· Create engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, and photography) for digital and print.

· Lead video production: filming, editing, motion graphics.

· Manage design of corporate marketing materials, corporate social media content, and corporate event collateral.

· Stay updated on design and multimedia trends to keep YMCAHK's presence fresh and effective.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, or related field.

· 8+ years of experience in design/multimedia

· Strong portfolio showing skills in branding, video, and digital/print design.

· Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

· Knowledge of photography, motion graphics, and UI/UX is a plus.

· Strong communication, and project management skills, with good ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

· Passionate about YMCAHK's mission, vision and values.

· Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
