Job Purpose:
Drive YMCAHK's digital presence and engagement through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, and email marketing
· Manage corporate and membership social media platforms, CRM systems and grow online communities
· Create and optimize digital content (social posts, newsletters, website content)
· Run paid digital campaigns and monitor performance
· Analyze data and prepare performance reports
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing or related field, with qualifications on Google Analytics is a strong plus
· 5+ years digital marketing experience with proven results
· Self-motivated on managing social media, Google Analytics, and SEO
· Experience with digital advertising platforms
· Excellent Chinese and English writing skills
· Creative, analytical and proactive, with strong ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
