Programme Assistant - Sports & Recreation

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operation of Sports & Recreation Department to make sure the sport programmes run smoothly
• Assist in administrative work
• Assist in ensuring the facilities and equipment are well maintained and tidy at all time
• Communicate with programme participants to provide good customer services
• Inventory stock taking and assist in preparation of reports
• Support other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with relevant experience is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, English & Chinese typing
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Working on Public Holidays and shift duty is required
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Successful candidate is required to undertake Sexual Conviction Record Check
